We are starting with digital downloads: Play Packs, Question Banks, Trivia Nights at Home, and other tools for people who love trivia and quizzes as much as we do. Over time, the store will grow with new ways to bring Sporcle into everyday life, including physical products, gifts, and more.

Who creates the quizzes and trivia in your products?

Play Packs are made of some of the best quizzes our incredible users have contributed to sporcle.com. Question Banks and Trivia Nights at Home are created from the trivia questions written by our amazing team of content writers.

When will I get my order?

As soon as you complete your purchase and we receive payment, you will have the option to download your product(s). Additionally, you will receive an email with a link to download your product(s).
I can't find my download. What do I do?

1. Check your browser: If a download won't start, try disabling ad-blockers or using a different web browser.
2. Check email/accounts: If you bought a digital product and didn't receive it, always check your spam/junk folder first.

3. If neither of those options work, reach out to us at store@sporcle.com
What is the refund policy?

At this time, the Sporcle Store offers digital products only. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on these items.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at store@sporcle.com and we'll be happy to help.

Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What can a gift card be used for?

You can use gift cards for any Sporcle Store products. You cannot use a Sporcle Store gift card on Orange Subscription fees, SporcleCon tickets, add-ons, or merchandise, or Virtual Trivia tickets.
Will my gift card expire?

No! There is no expiration on gift cards.
